On 02/02/2022 kuda Microfinance Bank debited my account twice for a remita transaction I did online with my MasterCard for payment of tuition. I called the bank and mailed them from day one till today and they haven't corrected their error... I have copied the bank, remita, the school and even the apex bank. Funny enough, Remita confirm that their position was credited twice and the duplicated / second transaction has been reversed to them and they have been duly notified BUT they choose not to have reversed the money back to my account...

User's recommendation: If you have money with the bank, make sure you always check your balance before and after any transaction... Anything is possible to happen to your account .

Id card validation always unsuccesful and declined

I opened Kuda account and I have being trying to validate my ID card but it has always been declined. I really need a solution to this problem as I will like to start using the account as soon as possible.

My NIN ID card validation has been declined 5 times

I don't know what is going on. My ID card validation has been declined 5 times. They Keep rejecting my Identity card, I am feed up because I need to start using the account as soon possible, but it's limited. Pls I need urgent response from Kuda team and resolution to this situation. Thanks.

I was debited 20k since on d 14th of April until now no reversal pls i need my money back is my business money even if i give it out as a loan by now I will have interest on it, but u guys are using my money without interest i need my money ooo am tired of calling, sending messages and still nothing was done about it
